Number 4, Circus

The English are notorious for their obscure house/apartment/building numbers. I often visit the Georgian Gardens which is directly behind the building. Just as often I wondered as I saw forms, and hard-working people necklaced in measuring tapes working on sewing machines with lengths and lengths of fabric. There were no indication whatsoever when I passed through the front rows of the buildings which said it was a tailors’ workshop or a fashion boutique. Little did I realise Number 4, Circus is used by students studying fashion and design at Bath Spa University.

The following are attempts at B&W photography. I had hoped to capture the details without the distraction of the colour, but found that in some pictures by omitting the colours the details were lost. Could have presented a better job by leveling the tone in the pictures :p
